Training offer : HEAL in Relationship: Honesty, Embodied Awareness & Leadership

Goal: This experiential training course aims to support teachers and youth workers in developing deeper awareness of themselves and others through embodied practices, honest communication, and relational leadership. Participants will explore how presence, authenticity, and emotional intelligence can transform the way they connect, communicate, and collaborate in their professional and personal environments. The training encourages self-reflection and provides tools to foster more meaningful and conscious relationships in youth work settings.

Who can participate: Teachers, youth workers, facilitators, and educators interested in personal development, relational leadership, and improving communication and group dynamics in their work with young people.

Participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries

Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth framework. Accommodation, meals, and programme costs are covered by the organisers. Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules.
