A training course focused on well-being, self-awareness and practical tools that participants can apply in daily life, youth work and group settings.
Date : 30 April – 7 May 2026.
Location : Dom Sokolik, Trzcińsko, Poland.
Organizer: Windmill Tree Foundation.
Goal: The training aims to explore well-being as both a personal and collective practice. Participants will discover and test practical tools related to emotional balance, self-awareness, stress management, healthy communication and mindful daily habits. The course focuses on creating sustainable well-being practices that can be transferred into youth work and group facilitation.
Who can participate: Youth workers, educators, facilitators, volunteers and individuals working with young people who are interested in well-being, personal development and using practical tools in group settings.
This activity is for participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries (including Greece and many other European countries).
Funding: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. Accommodation and meals are covered by the organisers. There is no participation fee, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance rules (any extra cost beyond the limit is covered by the participant).
Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their competence development during the activity.
