Goal: “ALL ABOARD! TC for Accompanying Persons of People with Intellectual Disabilities in Mobility Projects” is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed to build the competences of accompanying persons and team leaders who support people with intellectual disabilities during international mobility activities. Through non-formal learning and peer exchange, participants will explore inclusive practices, learn how to provide quality support for participants with intellectual disabilities throughout mobility projects, and enhance accessibility, safety, and wellbeing in youth work practice.
Who can apply: Accompanying persons, team leaders, and youth workers from Austria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden who are actively involved in supporting participants with intellectual disabilities in European mobility projects.
Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme (Mobility of Youth Workers). The training covers accommodation, food, and programme costs; travel expenses are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Participants will be awarded a Youthpass certificate upon completion.
