Training course : Tools for Changemakers 2026 - Germany

Goal: Tools for Changemakers 2026 is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed to empower young people and youth workers to become active changemakers in their communities. Through experiential learning, reflection, and hands-on skills training, participants will explore how to create meaningful impact in university, professional, and personal contexts, while developing competences in initiative-taking, critical thinking, and social engagement. The course emphasises learning by doing, peer exchange, and practical application of tools for social change.

Who can apply: Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, and motivated young people from Germany, Lithuania, and Spain interested in personal development and social impact.

Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, food, and programme costs are covered by the organisers, while travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate recognising their learning outcomes.
