Goal: This French-language training course aims to improve the impact, principles, and methods of Non-Formal Education (NFE) to invite young people to become active agents of social change. Participants will:
Experience and reflect on non-formal educational methods
Understand the diversity of NFE practices across Europe
Explore how NFE complements formal and informal education
Reconsider and strengthen their youth work practices through experiential learning (doing, feeling, reflecting, transferring)
The programme includes active methods such as role play, simulations, and reflective group sessions, with preparation before and mentoring support after the training.
Who can apply: Up to 25 participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries (youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, project managers, educators/teachers) with good French language skills.
Language: French
Funding & Costs: Funded by the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.
Participation fee: varies by sending National Agency; no fee on the spot.
Accommodation & food: covered by the hosting NA.
Travel reimbursement: depends on the participant’s National Agency support. Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate for competence development.
