Training Course Offer : Jugendbegegnungen leicht gemacht (in German) - Youth Exchanges Made Easy

Dates: 19–22 May 2026

Location: Germany

Goal: This training enables newcomers to plan an Erasmus+ youth exchange from the initial idea to completing the application. Participants will learn how to design youth exchange projects step by step, including:

• Philosophy, goals, and priorities of Erasmus+ Youth programme for youth exchanges

• Developing ideas and designing the programme

• Non-formal learning, active participation, and intercultural learning

• Creating budgets and financial planning

• Tips for Erasmus+ application

The course will be held entirely in German; participants must be fluent in the language.

Who can apply: Participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries.

Funding: Funded by Erasmus+ Youth in Action. Participants will receive a Youthpass certificate.
