Goal: TOTEM: Training of Trainers with Erasmus Mindset is a Training Course designed to strengthen youth workers’ competences in designing and delivering effective training sessions. It supports participants in developing facilitation skills, understanding non-formal education methodologies, and building confidence as trainers. The programme includes practical workshops, simulation of training sessions, peer feedback, group work, and hands-on activities to plan, implement, and evaluate learning processes in an international context.

Who can apply: Youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and motivated participants from Austria, Belgium (FR), Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden interested in becoming trainers or improving their training skills.

Funding: Funded under the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, food, and programme costs are covered, and travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ distance bands. Youthpass certificate provided.
