Subject: Help Curate Our International Transport Safety Film Nights! 🎬✈️🚲🛳️

Dear volunteers,

As part of our upcoming international project in Greece, we are excited to announce a key creative task that we invite you to take part in before your arrival.

We will be organizing five cinematic evenings dedicated to documentaries, short films, and awareness campaigns around transport safety and accident prevention – across roads, railways, aviation, sea, pedestrian mobility, cycling and more. These events will be open to the public and aim to raise awareness in a powerful, creative, and engaging way.

💡 What’s your role?We are inviting you to take the lead in researching, reviewing, and selecting the audiovisual material that will form the final screening program. We have already conducted an initial search with the help of AI and collected several relevant videos and campaigns. You will be the ones who:

• Explore and review the suggested materials

• Propose a structured program of five thematic nights (e.g. "Urban mobility & pedestrians", "Flying safe", "Youth and driving", etc.)

• Introduce and host each night’s content during the project in Greece

• Possibly connect with local or regional associations from your countries to enrich the program with existing national safety campaigns

• Help us promote the screenings through engaging communication strategies

🎯 Your mission:Start thinking creatively now. Research relevant content from your own countries or worldwide that could be featured. Suggest themes, documentaries, short films or campaigns that would be inspiring and suitable for public engagement. This is a great opportunity to bring voices from your regions into our collective international initiative.
