Training Course developed for participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be applied to address challenges in education and promote inclusive learning.


The Training Course “Artificial Intelligence in Youth Work” is intended for youth workers,youth leaders, counselors, educators, mentors, coaches, or coordinators who work withyoung people in partner organizations. It will take place in Bitola, North Macedonia andwill be organized by EKE Bitola.



The Training Course will include people who have different levels of experience and expertise in the use of technology, including AI, who have a strong interest in promoting quality education and creating opportunities for young people. This mobility is designed to meet the needs and interests of youth workers who are committed to promoting quality education and creating opportunities for young people, and who are interested in exploring the potential of AI in achieving these goals.


Participating in this training course will provide significant benefits for youth workers and the partner organizations, both during and after the training course lifetime, such as Enhanced skills and knowledge, Increased engagement with young people, Improved program development, Increased collaboration and networking, Better decision making and risk management.


Through this training course, we want to develop a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be applied to address challenges in education and promote inclusive learning, achieving the following objectives:O1 Introducing youth workers to the concept of AI and its potential applications in educationO2 Equipping youth workers with the skills to identify and evaluate appropriate AI tools and platforms that can support their work with young people.O3 Encouraging critical thinking and ethical reflection when considering the integration of AI in youth work


O4 Exploring how AI can be used to support inclusive and personalized learning experiences for diverse groups of learners


O5 Promotion of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among youth workers from different organizations and backgrounds.
