"During "Travel around our mind and soul" training course we explored emotional intelligence, and developed plans for the future, for working on biases with the young people we work with. Experience through non formal education was really valuable and motivated us to use these tools in our personal and professional life. Although we got out of our comfort zone and faced plenty of difficulties regarding our own biases and those towards other participants, we successfully managed to eliminate their impact on our desicion making, relationships and performance. It certainly contributed to our growth and I strongly advise every youth worker to get involved in Erasmus+ training courses like this."
