My experience in Thessaloniki was full of great memories, but what excited me most was the city's lively atmosphere, friendly people, and mix of history and modern culture. Through volunteering, I learned how meaningful it can be to work as a team and contribute to something that brings people together — like our movie nights and exhibitions. I’ll definitely keep the teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills I gained, as they’ll be really useful for my goal of becoming an events manager. Opportunities like the ESC program are amazing because they let young people grow personally and professionally while exploring new cultures and making a real difference.
