Participating in the Inner Eye program fully exceeded my expectations. The seminar offered valuable tools and perspectives to address body shape and discrimination in youth work, fostering inclusivity, self-acceptance, and meaningful dialogues. Beyond the knowledge gained, I had the advantage of meeting unique people who inspired me and contributed to my personal growth. Their unique experiences and perspectives expanded my horizons, helping me evolve both as a professional and as a human being.

Collaborating with participants from across Europe and the world, not only enriched the experience but also broadened my network with like-minded people committed to positive change. Moving forward, I am determined to apply these insights in my work, advocating a more inclusive and equitable future for young people.
