Through the Halikia Dance School and the organization ESAI EN ROI, I participated in an Erasmus+ program in Poland focused on biotechnology. This experience gave me the opportunity to meet people from different countries and cultures. Through presentations, workshops, and group activities, I gained knowledge in a new scientific field.

As a Psychology student and a dancer, I explored the connection between science and the human body from a different perspective. I realized the importance of understanding health and physical fitness for a dancer. Collaborating with young people from across Europe helped me become more open to new ideas and different ways of expression.

At the same time, Poland’s beautiful landscapes served as a source of inspiration and creativity. Being exposed to a different environment broadened my horizons. I developed valuable skills such as adaptability, teamwork, and self-confidence.

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that contributed significantly to my personal and artistic development.
