THESSALONIKI

As part of my Erasmus program, I completed a six-week internship in Thessaloniki, Greece, at the company Essai en Roi, in the areas of human resources and management. The goal of this internship was to develop my professional skills in an international environment while discovering different working methods.

During this internship, I participated in various tasks related to administrative management and internal organization. On the HR side, I contributed to personnel administration: updating files, tracking documents, preparing scheduling materials, and supporting daily operations. I also carried out management tasks, such as activity tracking, task organization, coordination, and internal communication.

This experience allowed me to strengthen essential skills such as rigor, confidentiality, autonomy, proficiency in office software (particularly tracking spreadsheets), and the ability to work within a multicultural team. On a personal level, my stay in Thessaloniki was very enriching: it helped me gain confidence, adapt quickly, and improve my communication skills in an international context.

In conclusion, this Erasmus internship at Essai en Roi was a formative experience that allowed me to acquire new skills in HR and management, while confirming my interest in these fields within an international professional setting.
