A day of being a volunteer in esaien roi - A Day of Art, Movement, and Creativity

Today was a truly inspiring and dynamic day. In the morning, Saba and I prepared to visit the Traffic Accidents Exhibition, where we took time to delve deeper into each artwork and reflect on the powerful messages behind them. Each piece carried its own story, inviting us to think critically about the social and emotional aspects of road safety and human responsibility.

After the exhibition, we spent some time exploring the city and walking along the beautiful seacoast, enjoying the calm atmosphere and refreshing breeze. Not long after, we discovered a quiet patch of grass and decided to pause for a while practicing a bit of yoga to relax and reconnect with ourselves.

Later in the afternoon, we headed home to get ready for the rehearsal of our performance for the Ivanofia Festival. Together with our lovely coordinator Eleni, we gathered in the park to rehearse. The creative process was challenging yet deeply rewarding, as we explored movement, coordination, and expression as a team. Even though I feel a little nervous about performing in front of an audience, the excitement and energy of the group make it all worthwhile.

As the evening settled in, we finished our rehearsal and returned home, tired but fulfilled. The day was a perfect balance of reflection, creativity, and connection and we’re already looking forward to what tomorrow will bring, knowing it will be even more exciting!
