Goal: The Healthy Youth Guide is a practical, youth-friendly resource created during the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Healthy Youth: Physical and Mental Wellbeing. It offers simple tools, exercises, and reflection methods to support physical and mental wellbeing, inclusion, digital balance, and sustainability. The guide helps young people and youth workers understand the links between physical health, emotional balance, daily habits, and inclusive practice, and provides stress-management techniques, grounding exercises, and wellbeing action plans adaptable to different youth work settings.
This tool addresses: Youth Initiatives, Intercultural Learning, Personal Development
Target group: Young people (especially aged 16–30 and those with fewer opportunities) and youth workers, facilitators, youth leaders, and trainers working in youth exchanges, workshops, schools, local youth initiatives, and community projects.
Recommended use: Youth exchanges, local youth work activities, workshops, schools, youth centres, peer-learning settings, and community projects.
