E-learning : SoliDARE Meet-up #1 - Leadership, strategy & organisational culture

Goal: This e-learning session aims to support participants in reflecting on leadership, organisational strategy, and internal culture within their organisations. It invites participants to critically assess whether their organisation needs a strategy, how effective their current approach is, and how leadership practices shape organisational development. Through interactive discussions, participants will explore practical tools and perspectives to strengthen strategic thinking and foster a healthy organisational culture.

Who can participate: Youth workers, project coordinators, volunteers, and individuals involved in organisations who are interested in leadership, strategy, and organisational development.

Participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU, and other countries worldwide

Funding: Participation is free of charge.
