The “ShiftWork — Non-formal Paths to Entrepreneurship” training course aims to deepen participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning within non-formal education. It will equip them with practical tools and methods, as well as the skills needed to design and facilitate entrepreneurial learning activities at the local level.

This e-learning session aims to support participants in reflecting on leadership, organisational strategy, and internal culture within their organisations. It invites participants to critically assess whether their organisation needs a strategy, how effective their current approach is, and how leadership practices shape organisational development.
