This training course explores the intersection between inclusion and connective communication, focusing on how youth workers can create environments where everyone feels they belong and how communication can help bridge differences between people from diverse backgrounds.

This international experience-sharing webinar will explore what youth workers and youth organisations need to know and be ready for when welcoming, supporting, and meaningfully including young people with migration- or war-related experiences. The seminar will focus on lessons learned from the inclusion of Ukrainian youth and aims to strengthen the capacity of youth work professionals to respond effectively to crisis situations and support young people.
