Organizer: SALTO Inclusion & Diversity Resource Centre and the Maltese National Agency
Goal: This seminar aims to explore and strengthen intergenerational solidarity and dialogue through a practice-based approach. Participants will reflect on existing practices, exchange experiences, and critically analyse current approaches to better respond to evolving societal needs. The lab format encourages collaborative learning and the development of innovative methods to foster meaningful connections between generations.
Who can participate: Youth workers, (youth) professionals, and individuals involved in inclusion, diversity, and intergenerational work.
Participants from: Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU.
Funding: Funded through the Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Accommodation, meals, and programme costs are covered by the organisers. Travel reimbursement is provided according to Erasmus+ distance band rules.
