Nicki has graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietics of the ATEI of Thessaloniki. Her thesis concerned the phychological factors that influence our eating attitudes, mainly focusing in bulimics, anorectic and obese individuals. She applied her internship in a multidisciplinary slimming center in Thessaloniki. Not only she remained to the center as a working individual but she has also been professionally developed in short-while . She became the head of the body department of the center, dealing with cases of both normal and pathological conditions. He has written articles in various electronic magazines and since 2007 he has been participating in shows on a Cretan channel. In 2010 she started her own TV show presenting the value of the Cretan Diet in the modern way of life.
She has given many lectures in schools on the importance of proper nutrition in the modern way of life. He has given many speeches in schools about the importance of proper nutrition and has participated in juries of competitions to promote the best Cretan traditional food. Since 2007 she works in her own diet office. She is a member of the Board of Institute of Nutritional Studies and Research and of ESAI en ROI Cultural Organization of Macedonia Thrace.
