Esai en Roi Cultural Organization of Macedonia–Thrace was founded in 1999 in Thessaloniki, Greece, by a talented group of young artists and athletes — champions and distinguished performers — who shared a vision of merging creativity, movement, and social solidarity.
Today, Esai en Roi operates as a non-profit cultural and educational organization, engaging in artistic, environmental, and physical expression initiatives that link culture, wellbeing, and sustainability. The organization collaborates with sportive associations (non-competitive), educational institutions, and civic networks to promote creative, inclusive, and socially responsible practices.
Its actions extend across Greece and the wider European and Mediterranean regions, through partnerships with municipalities, universities, and international organizations focused on cultural innovation and sustainable development.

Jam Rhythm Dance & HandieDance:
Original dance methodologies developed by Esai en Roi that integrate rhythm, sign language, and contemporary movement. Both have proven healing value for individuals with communication difficulties or disorders, while promoting empowerment, expression, and social inclusion. -
